We keep pricing simple: a flat diagnostic fee gets your machine assessed and gets you a written estimate before anything else happens.
Standard diagnostic

Complex or prosumer machines are assessed from $119.
Parts are quoted separately once the fault is confirmed. We don't quote a repair price sight-unseen — every job gets a written estimate after the diagnostic, and no repair work starts without your approval.
Repair labour, parts, and maintenance pricing depend on the fault and the machine. Message us with your model and symptoms and we'll give you a clearer picture before you book.
Diagnostic fees apply per machine and are separate from any repair cost. Taxes apply where applicable.
