   Submit the machine

   Tell us the brand, exact model, and what it's doing. We'll confirm it's a machine we can take on before you bring it in.

2. 2

   Drop off / arrange handoff

   We'll confirm drop-off details once your request is reviewed. This is a drop-off and pickup service.

3. 3

   Receive diagnosis and written estimate

   We open the machine, test it, and send a written estimate. Most machines receive a written diagnosis within 2–3 business days of drop-off.

4. 4

   Approve, repair, test, and collect

   Repair work only begins once you approve the estimate. Every machine is tested before it's returned.
