How the repair process works

  1. 01

    Submit the machine

Tell us the brand, model, and what it's doing. We confirm it's a candidate before you drop it off.

  2. 02

    Drop off

Bring the machine, water tank, drip tray, and brew group if it's removable.

  3. 03

    Diagnosis and written estimate

We open it, test it, and send a written estimate. No guessing from a phone description.

  4. 04

    Approve, repair, collect

Work only starts once you approve the estimate. We test the machine before it goes back to you.

Current assessment time

Most machines receive a written diagnosis within 2–3 business days of drop-off.

Why this shop

We only take on machines we know well. That narrow focus means an accurate diagnosis instead of a guess, and a written estimate you can actually rely on before we touch anything.

No repair work happens without your approval, and we test every machine before it goes back to you. If a repair isn't worth the cost, we'll tell you that directly instead of repairing it anyway.

Service area

Drop-off and pickup across Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Mississauga.

Frequently asked questions

Which brands and models do you currently service?

We service a specific list of machines: the Breville Barista Express (BES870) and Infuser (BES840), the De'Longhi Magnifica family, the current Philips/Saeco LatteGo range (2200–5400), the Gaggia Classic family, and the Rancilio Silvia. Message us with your model if you're not sure.

Do you repair Nespresso, Keurig, or other pod machines?

No. We don't currently service pod or capsule machines of any brand.

How much does a diagnostic cost?

A standard diagnostic is $60. Complex or prosumer machines start at $119. The diagnostic fee covers a full assessment and a written estimate before any repair work begins.

Will you start repair work without my approval?

No. We diagnose the fault, send a written estimate, and only proceed once you approve it.

Do you come to my home to do the repair?

No — this is a drop-off and pickup service, not an on-site repair. We'll confirm handoff details when you start a repair.
